The SIHF Mobile Health Clinic for School Physicals is on July 31st. This event is by appointment only! Call to pre-register and make an appointment. School physicals, sports physicals, and immunizations will be available. Physicals are required for all incoming kindergarten, 6th grade, 9th grade and all athletes.

Remember to register by Friday 4/19 if you want your child to be seen at the mobile physical clinic on Monday! Physicals completed in April will be good for registering for K, 6th, and 9th grades as well as count for fall sports physicals for next fall!
